Ground Improvement Method "Rising W" Construction Procedure

A detailed introduction to the construction process from preparation work to completion for "Rising W"!

Here are the construction procedures for "Rising W." In the preparation work, to ensure stability during the operation and movement of the construction machinery, we will carry out measures such as laying steel plates, surface ground improvement, curing, alignment and marking, inspection and calibration of measuring devices, and checking the condition of the solidifying agents. 【Construction Procedures】 ■1. Preparation Work ■2. Positioning ■3. Start Excavation ■4. Confirm Excavation Depth ■5. Introduce Improved Soil and Solidifying Agent Slurry ■6. Mixing ■7. Repeat ■8. End of Mixing and Construction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reduction of fixed materials, decrease in generated residual soil, and improved mixing efficiency! 'Rising Method'

By using a special mixing agent, the water-to-solid material ratio of cement milk can be concentrated up to 40%, enabling the construction of high-strength improved soil!

The "Rising Method" is a ground improvement technique that involves placing pre-excavated soil into the excavation area and using a uniquely developed mixing bucket to mix the soil with slurry (W method) or soil with solidifying agents (D method), thereby constructing a highly homogeneous block-like improved body. By excavating the soil in advance, it allows for the "confirmation of the supporting layer and the soil to be improved," and also enables the "removal of organic soil that hinders solidification, as well as gravel layers, boulders, industrial waste, and underground obstacles that may impede construction," achieving various benefits. Additionally, in the W method, as a quality control test immediately after construction, the resistivity of the improved body is measured to confirm the mixing conditions. It has obtained the Architectural Technical Performance Certification from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association. 【Features】 ■ Reliable quality control ■ Enhanced mixing effect with unique technology ■ Applicable to small buildings as well as civil engineering structures ■ Compatible with a wide range of soil types ■ Confirmation of advanced ground ■ Low noise and low vibration *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
